Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy To ensure a high-quality experience for all clients and to honor the time and preparation invested in each session, we have the following booking and cancellation policies in place. Booking & Deposit - A 100% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your session. - Bookings must be made at least 5 days in advance to allow for personalized profile preparation. Rescheduling - If you need to reschedule, we require a minimum of 72 hours' notice before your scheduled session. Your original deposit will be applied to your new session date, but an additional 25% payment will be required to confirm the rescheduled booking. - Rescheduling requests made less than 72 hours before the session will require a new full deposit to book a future session. Cancellations & Refunds - Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the session: You will receive a 50% refund, with the remaining 50% retained to cover administrative and preparation costs. - Cancellations made within 72 hours of the session or no-shows: The full deposit is forfeited, and a new full deposit will be required to rebook. Pre-Session Access & Preparation - You will receive early access to your profile in advance of your session. Because this requires significant preparation on our end, the deposit secures not only your booking but also the time spent curating your personalized insights. - To ensure accuracy and depth, please complete your PH360 profile setup, detailed in your confirmation email, within 24 hours of booking. Agreement & Acknowledgment By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. This policy is in place to respect the time and effort invested in delivering a premium experience while ensuring fairness for all clients.
